Established in January 2007, Findlay's is a very

busy independent Restaurant located in Hawick,

in the Scottish Borders. It has a totally different feel and look to it providing a unique contrast of old and new. The restaurant benefits from a friendly, rustic yet modern feel. Things are constantly evolving, but always sticking to a basic philosophy of offering good service, excellent value food, in a relaxed friendly enviroment. The menu's have a tantalising choice and benefit from being changed totally every 6 weeks, which keeps customers happy and curious what will be next, a childrens menu is also available. This coupled with a mouth watering full blown wine list prepared by the proprietor Simon and Ian Gribbin at Abbey Wines of Melrose, with other beverages also available, it guarantees an unforgetable Findlay's experience.

He has also demonstrated his signature dish at the Royal Highland Show on the same stand as Gordon Ramsay (before he was to big to know), he also did Ready Steady Cook with Sheila McKinnon and Nick Nairn at the town hall in Hawick at the Butchers Fair 2 years ago.
